Sleep well at The Black Horse, Climping

We've kept it simple with two room categories: East and West. However each bedroom is different, and has been entirely reconfigured and renovated with fresh new bathrooms and beautiful wallpapers inspired by nature, designed in Clymping by our friend and neighbour Fiona Howard, and filled with locally sourced antique furniture.

Bedrooms

Please note any bedrooms booked at The Black Horse, Climping to stay between 9th to 21st January (excluding Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th January) will be automatically moved to our sister hotel Bailiffscourt, which is just a few moments walk from the pub on Climping Street. You don’t need to do anything, and if you do have any questions please contact the team on 01903 723 511 or reception@bailiffscourt.com

East

These charming rooms have king size beds, and bathrooms with generous showers. Two of these rooms have a rooftop balcony overlooking the fields towards the coast. Each room is decorated with beautiful wallpapers inspired by the local nature.

These surprisingly spacious bedrooms have king size bed or twin beds, and bathrooms with a generous shower - two of these bedrooms have roll top bathtubs. Each room is decorated with beautiful wallpapers inspired by the local nature and the coast.

A deeply comfortable night's sleep

And for those of you wishing to stay with your four-legged friends, all our bedrooms are dog friendly. Dogs are charged at a rate of £25 per night per dog (up to two dogs per room). Dogs stay in the room with you and are welcome everywhere. We simply ask that you are mindful of other guests when around the pub and that your dogs are kept on their leads in all public areas including the terraces outback and outfront.
