The festivities begin from the moment you arrive, and all you have to do is relax and indulge with fabulous food and drink, curl up by the fire, or read a book and play a boardgame or two, embrace the warmth of our award-winning spa and pools or put yourself in the hands of our spa therapists for a dreamy spa treatment. And you'll have time to head out for some fresh air with a walk through the beautiful Sussex countryside and a little wander into Cuckfield.
And for guests booked on our Three Night Christmas package, we are offering a very special extra night rate to arrive on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 of just £200 per room including bed & breakfast, so you can be settled in, relaxed and ready to go in good time (rate applies to all room categories, based on single or double occupancy).
What's included?
- Three night's accommodation with a sumptuous breakfast each morning
- Christmas Eve: Arrive for an indulgent cream tea, Sussex sparkling wine with carols, a delicious dinner in our elegant restaurant (wine not included). For those who wish, there is Midnight mass at our local church
- Christmas Day: Continental breakfast, Sussex sparkling wine & canapés followed by a splendid six course lunch (wine not included), tea and Christmas cake, light plated supper with harpist accompaniment in the evening
- Boxing Day: Full English breakfast with Sussex sparkling wine, full afternoon tea with Christmas Cake served individually in the lounges and Burrell Suite, Sussex sparkling wine cocktails before a stunning gourmet dinner (wine included) with table top magician
- Full use of our award-winning spa and swimming pools

We are delighted to welcome children to our hotels over the festive season at £25 per child per night including breakfast when sharing with adults with further meals charged as taken.
There is a single supplement of £399 per room for Christmas 3 night package.
Do bring your four-legged friend with you, we are delighted to welcome dogs on a complimentary basis for guests booked on our Three Night Christmas package.
In order to confirm a 2025 Christmas three night package reservation, we request 30% of the total reservation as a deposit payable at time of booking, with the outstanding balance of your Christmas package booking due by 1 November 2025. All bookings made after 1 November 2025 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note that the deposit for this package is non-refundable after 1 November 2025. Any cancellations made after 1 November 2025 will be charged in full.
