Join us for an uplifting journaling experience at Bailiffscourt

For this morning workshop we are delighted to introduce Kate McBarron, a journaling expert and wellness coach, who will invite you to achieve the below through the power of journaling and creative writing:

This is a supportive space, so you can feel free to relax and write about whatever you want and need to express, followed by a delicious lunch and further discussion with Kate in our restaurant.

All welcome - no experience necessary and all materials supplied.

Please arrive at 9h30, with lunch at 12h30.
