The festivities begin from the moment you arrive, and all you have to do is relax and indulge with fabulous food and drink, curl up by the fire, or read a book and play a boardgame or two. Embrace the warmth of our award-winning spa and pools or put yourself in the hands of our spa therapists for a dreamy spa treatment, and you'll have time to head out for some fresh air, and to explore our 30 acres of private parkland, the beach is right on our doorstep.
And for guests booked on our Three Night Christmas package, we are offering a very special extra night rate to arrive on Monday 23rd December 2024 of just £299 per room including bed & breakfast, so you can be settled in, relaxed and ready to go in good time (rate applies to all room categories, based on single or double occupancy)

What's included?
- Three night's accommodation with full English breakfast on each day
- Christmas Eve: Sussex Sparkling Full Afternoon Tea, a mulled wine, delicious dinner. For those who wish, there are Midnight mass services at our local churches*
- Christmas Day: Full English breakfast with Bucks Fizz, a Sussex sparkling wine & canapés followed by a magnificent traditional Christmas lunch, tea & home-made Christmas cake, a light supper
- Boxing Day: Full English breakfast with Bucks Fizz, mulled wine with marshmallows to enjoy by the open fires, tea & home-made cake, Sussex sparkling wine & canapés followed by a fabulous dinner

There is a single supplement of £600 per room for Christmas 3 night package, available on our Classic rooms only.
We are delighted to welcome children to our hotels over the festive season as follows:
Children aged 6 - 15 years when sharing room with
adults:
£640 per child for Christmas 3 night package including soft
drinks
Children 5 and under:
£35 per child per night including breakfast when sharing room with
adults over Christmas with further meals charged as taken
We are delighted to welcome dogs over the festive season at £30 per dog per night
In order to confirm a 2024 Christmas three night package reservation, we request 30% of the total reservation as a deposit payable at time of booking, with the outstanding balance of your Christmas package booking due by 1 November 2024. All bookings made after 1 November 2024 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Please note that the deposit for this package is non-refundable after 1 November 2024. Any cancellations made after 1 November 2024 will be charged in full, we suggest taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
